Through the enquiry form we process only the data you fill in yourself:
- company or building name / owner,
- name and surname of the contact person,
- e-mail address and/or phone number,
- preferred method of contact,
- the services you have selected as being of interest,
- the text of your message and any additional information.

4. Retention period
We keep the data from your enquiry for as long as necessary to handle it and subsequently for the duration of any cooperation. If no cooperation arises, we generally delete the data no later than 12 months after the last communication, unless there is another legal reason for keeping it longer.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We do not pass your data on for marketing purposes. It may be made available only to our processors who provide our technical infrastructure (in particular the web hosting and e-mail service provider), always in accordance with this document and applicable law. Accounting is handled by our own accounting division (ucetnim.cz).
6. Cookies and analytics
In its basic form, this website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track your behaviour across websites. If we deploy analytics tools in the future, we will add the relevant information here and, where necessary, request your consent.
7. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have in particular the right to:
- access the data and information about its processing,
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- erasure ("the right to be forgotten") and restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
